After prolonged sitting on the fifth point, even on a very comfortable chair, starts to hurt back. And most of all long-time effect on the bottom.
Exercise helps relieve stress and alleviate pain in the lumbar region:
1. Lie on the floor and bend your knees. Rest your feet firmly on the floor near the pelvis. Take the left knee down and to the side so as if trying to put it on the floor. Return the leg to the starting position. Repeat 3 times because of the 8 (Figure 1)
2. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Bring one knee to your chest and describe its half-circle, returning to its original position. Perform three sets of 8 and do the same with the other leg. (Pic2) 3. Sit down with your feet connect with feet together and pull them closer to the pelvis, knees apart. Grasp the foot hands fingers, press the chin to the chest and forehead, drag toward the feet and linger in the lower position 8 accounts. (Figure 3)
4. Sit straight, legs straight, knees locked. If you can, grab hold of the toes and gently drag his forehead to his knees. Thus knees should be straightened rear thighs relaxed. (Fig.4)
